2. Booking Process
Customers can create bookings for our espresso cart services through our website. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation date and time.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation More Than 1 Week in Advance: Customers may cancel their booking more than one week in advance of the scheduled event and receive a refund of the 50% deposit.
b. Cancellation Within 1 Week of the Event: Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled event are non-refundable, and the deposit will not be returned.
4. Liability
Rio Dulce Coffee LLC and its Espresso Cart is committed to providing the best service possible. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control that may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your event. 5. Changes to Booking
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Full payment for our services is due on the day of the event. We accept cash and credit card payments.
